💡 Negotiation Tips
Focus on equity and total compensation: Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors, which means equity could be particularly valuable. Ask about the equity grant structure, vesting schedule, and any buyback programs.
Highlight your 0→1 and scale experience: This is a growth-stage startup (profitable, 20,000+ customers). Emphasise your ability to both launch new products and scale existing ones.
Showcase AI and async work: Tremendous emphasises using AI agents for research and working async with documentation-first culture. Be ready to share specific examples of using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or internal agents) to accelerate your work.
Leverage the remote, high-autonomy culture: The company is fully remote with a high-documentation, low-meeting culture. Highlight your ability to work independently, drive decisions, and communicate clearly in writing.
Inquire about squad matching: Tremendous is hiring multiple PMs across teams. Ask about the different squads (prepaid cards, international payments, core platform) and express your interest in the area where you can have the most impact.
Discuss the employee NPS and culture: The team has an eNPS in the high 80s, which is exceptional. Use this as a talking point to show you value culture and long-term fit.

Product Lead (Platform/SaaS): $210,000 – $275,000
Job Description
Tremendous is the global platform built for businesses to send thousands of payouts to anyone, anywhere, for free. We’re trusted by 20,000 organizations like Atlassian, MIT, and United Way to deliver gift cards and money to millions of recipients worldwide.
Our customers (researchers, marketers, HR teams, nonprofits, and platform businesses) rave about how fast and easy Tremendous is to use. Check out our ratings on G2.
Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. We’re a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. The team agrees– our employee NPS is in the high 80s.
We’re hiring multiple Senior Product Managers across teams as we continue to scale. We run small, cross-functional squads that own a real slice of the business, from prepaid cards to international payments to core platform. We’ll match you to the squad that fits your interests and where you’ll have the most impact.
Today, the product management org is seven PMs, led by a co-founder who serves as Head of Product.
What You’ll Do:
Own your team’s roadmap. Work with stakeholders to figure out what to build and when. When the path isn’t obvious, your job is to create clarity.
Do the research. User interviews, market analysis, competitive teardowns, data digs. Whatever it takes to back up your thinking.
Move quickly using AI. Use AI agents to dig through customer tickets, sales calls, usage data, and competitor research. Use prototypes to illustrate approaches.
Partner with design and engineering through the build. Designers refine the UX, engineers estimate and build, you unblock and keep scope honest.
Work async. Most product work here happens in writing. If you’re used to running product through meetings, this will feel different.
Drive decisions without bulldozing. People won’t always agree on priorities. It’s your job to land decisions while keeping people bought in.
Close the loop. After we ship, help the team understand the impact.
What You’ll Bring:
6+ years building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at tech companies.
2+ years as a PM at a growth-stage startup.
Strong product intuition. You can look at a product problem and see the right solution.
Strong design judgment and technical fluency. You hold your own with designers and engineers.
A track record of turning long-term strategy and a backlog of ideas into a prioritized, shovel-ready roadmap.
Strong written and verbal communication. We’re documentation-first, so you’ll spend a lot of time writing.
Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, and pushing work forward without being told to.
Genuine empathy for users and teammates. You want to understand their problems.
What’s Cool About the Role:
Competitive pay and equity. Base salary for this role: $225,000 to $300,000.
Real benefits. 100% covered health (US), unlimited PTO, 12-16 weeks paid parental leave.
Fully remote. Work from anywhere in the Americas.
Great culture. Read more about how we work in our public handbook.

Senior Product Manager (Salesforce/CPQ): $180,000 – $240,000
Job Description
GitLab is the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps. GitLab enables organizations to increase developer productivity, improve operational efficiency, reduce security and compliance risk, and accelerate digital transformation. More than 50 million registered users and more than 50% of the Fortune 100 trust GitLab to ship better, more secure software faster.
The same principles built into our products are reflected in how our team works: we embrace AI as a core productivity multiplier, with all team members expected to incorporate AI into their daily workflows to drive efficiency, innovation, and impact.
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to serve as an internal PM embedded within this team. This is not a traditional external-facing product role—it is an internal platform product leadership position. You will own the roadmap for our enterprise systems, act as the strategic voice of the business within engineering, and bring senior product craft to a team of Analysts and engineers who build and operate GitLab’s revenue infrastructure.
This role is ideal for a seasoned product leader who has deep Quote-to-Cash or Finance domain knowledge, thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, and is energized by mentoring high-performing teams through complex, multi-program environments.
What You’ll Do:
Internal Product Roadmap Ownership: Define, own, and maintain the multi-quarter internal product roadmap for QTC and Finance Systems, covering Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, NetSuite, and the CDot metering platform.
Stakeholder Partnership & Requirements Translation: Serve as the primary internal product voice for all QTC and Finance Systems initiatives, partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Legal.
Team Mentorship & Capability Building: Act as a product craft mentor and senior thought partner for the BSA team, actively upskilling analysts in product thinking, requirements structuring, acceptance criteria definition, and roadmap communication.
Program Strategy & Delivery Oversight: Lead product strategy for major multi-quarter programs (e.g., consumption-based billing iterations, CLM/Order Forms, Zuora Product Catalog refactors, ERP optimization) from discovery through go-live.
Systems Architecture Collaboration: Partner with Enterprise Architects and Engineering Managers to evaluate build-vs-buy-vs-configure decisions for new capabilities.
What You’ll Bring:
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in an internal platform PM, enterprise applications PM, or systems product leadership role.
Deep domain expertise in Quote-to-Cash systems: Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and NetSuite ERP are the core stack—hands-on configuration or implementation experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to own and communicate multi-quarter internal product roadmaps to senior business and technology stakeholders.
Strong command of revenue lifecycle processes: opportunity-to-quote, order management, billing and collections, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and financial close.
Experience operating in a SOX-controlled environment with an understanding of audit trails, approval workflows, and change management requirements for financial systems.
Track record of successfully running complex, multi-program delivery environments with competing priorities and shared engineering resources.
Sufficient technical fluency to engage meaningfully with engineering on API design, data model decisions, and integration trade-offs—without needing to write code.
Experience with consumption-based or usage-based billing models.
About the Team:
You’ll be joining the Revenue Lifecycle & Finance Systems team within GitLab’s Enterprise Technology Architecture organization. Our team is responsible for the systems and processes that power GitLab’s entire revenue lifecycle—from configure-price-quote through contract execution, billing, revenue recognition, and financial close.
We are in an exciting and demanding phase: transitioning GitLab’s go-to-market from a pure subscription model toward consumption-based offerings while simultaneously modernizing our core platforms. This role will be central to shaping how that evolution happens—and how the team grows in capability and product maturity alongside it.
How GitLab Supports Full-Time Employees:
Benefits to support your health, finances, and well-being.
Flexible Paid Time Off.
Team Member Resource Groups.
Equity Compensation & Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
Growth and Development Fund.
Parental Leave.
